I'm a fairly new ham with my General Class license and I am studying to upgrade to Extra...hopefully will get it sometime during 2009! I'm working on learning CW too. I love to contest and chase DX as well as build projects. I built my first antennas last year with help from my elmers KX9X and N1ND. I built the MFJ 40m tranceiver cub kit in a class and it was awesome. Getting the shack set up in my new home right now, hoping to get on the air soon again. I'm a proud member of the ARRL, RSGB, DARC and Ham Chicks International.
