I have been involved with radio since i was younger than 5. sometime around 6 i started getting on my dad's cb talking to all his friends. i soon learned a lot about electronics and radio thru reading and the hams my dad knew. by the age of 15 i was repairing gear for others by this time the hams and my dad started asking me why i did not get my ticket since i knew more than enough to get. finally after many discussions and running out of excusses i got my ticket and my comercial ticket as well (since i was working on comercial, and marine 2-way. I have been doing 2-way radio repair, install and maintance ever since. I love 10 meters, because you never know who you will talk to next or where they will be located.
