Just got my Tech license in September 2008. Studying for my general. RJT is a vanity call. My original call was KD0FDW. I spent 3 years in rural Alaska and I'm dying to return. I did volunteer Fire/EMS/SAR there and it was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. Some of the best human beings in the world are still back there at the fire department where I served. My profile pic is me in the Aleutians with a WWII ship propeller. Someday I hope to return to Alaska, my favorite place on earth. :-) I also really want to travel to Australia & New Zealand. I got into ham radio for the emergency communications part of it and I'm slowly learning Morse code.
