Hmmmmmm. Let's see.
Perhaps the most important thing to know about me right now is that I'm working on a project called Ham Radio at the Hands-On Museum (http://www.w8pgw.org/ham-radio-at-the-hands-on-museum). We're setting up a permanent ham radio station at this local science museum.
I'm also interested in some of the bigger issues in ham radio. As a result, I've run for the ARRL board of directors twice. I lost both times, this last time by only 13 votes (1,218 vs. 1,205). Maybe the third time will be the charm.
I'm very active on the air. I try to make three contacts every day, and over the past six and a half years, I've averaged more than 3.5 QSOs per day, mostly on CW.
